Manager - Sales - Insurance (8-12 yrs)
INSURANCE SALES MANAGER EXPERIENCE IN DIRECT SALES OF INSURANCE OF GENERAL INSURANCE, Driving Channel Sales, Renewal and Cross Sale Business. General Insurance direct sales experience.
JD FOR SENIOR MANAGER SALES :
- Review and analyses performance reports of the team against targets on a weekly/monthly basis with Team Leads and investigate causes for performance deviations.
- Ensure adherence to service level of quality, customer KPIs and Call Center KPIs.
- Coach and develop Inside Sales executives and Team Leaders for achieving their targets.
- Conduct daily huddles / team meetings to review and ensure that productivity of the call center team is as per defined standards / industry norms.
- Track leads created by digital marketing channels and provide feedback to marketing for improve quality and quantity of leads.
- Coordinating with other departments, to solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship.
- Preparing and presenting review/MIS to higher authorities.
- Encourage team members and drive them to achieve team and unit goals.
- Provide guidance to team on handling specific campaigns, customer service requests and queries.
- Track real time service metrics performance of the call center.
- Prepares call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Ensure daily reports / MIS are prepared and shared to respective stakeholders.
- Ensure customer data is collated, segmented and shared with concerned teams in an accurate & timely manner.
- Establish and implemented key metrics for average response time, abandon rate, talk time and Inter facing and visiting HNI/ corporate clients for suggesting the most viable product range and
- cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
- Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals.
- Handling the major corporates of G-700 agents for end to end service.
- Mapping client requirements and providing after sales services to customers ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining the database of customer for renewal of policy.
- Month start planning and setting targets for the IMD's.
- Ensuring the targets are being achieved and providing the required services related to sharing the quotes .
- Successfully liaised between customers and the team to resolve any communication by helping the team of IMD's in daily work as well as in backup plan with any issues or concerns.
