We are looking to hire for the role of Front Line Sales Manager.

Job Title : Front Line Sales Manager
Experience : 4+ Years of experience in sales and Marketing and 1+ Years of experience in Life Insurance
CTC: Up to 4 LPA + High Incentives + Performance Bonus + Other Benefits
On Roll : Pay Roll
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Training business development staff
- Attending conferences and industry events
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications :
- Age: 24 to 38 Years
- Qualification: Any graduation
- Local Candidates are preferred.
- Good Stability
