Roles and duties :
- Activation of agents.
- Ensuring training of agents as per business requirements.
- Ensuring business hygiene standards, in face of business pressure.
- For the agency to run well, a driven agency manager is required.
- The agency manager is in charge of identifying opportunities for development, creating and accomplishing monthly targets, and collaborating with clients to ensure improved service and product delivery.
- You should be able to clearly communicate any performance concerns to management and offer solutions.
- To succeed as an agency manager, you must be extremely structured and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- A top-tier agency manager should be able to inspire and motivate staff members while maintaining a favorable impression of the agency's brand.
