Job Description :
- to assemble and manage a group of business partners.
- Use your own personal and professional recommendations as well as the advisor base already in place to find, hire, and develop APs and BAs.
- By coaching, training, team management, and support, among other things, create the necessary team of APs and BAs.
- In terms of business filing, issuance, pending resolve, new advisor licencing, etc., offer operational support to APs.
- To drive the activity, case rate, and case size of their team, APs must be regularly planned, monitored, and reviewed.
- using Business Associates to find new advisors.
- Take part in career-related events.
- Presentations and other traffic-generating initiatives to promote hiring.
- To ensure both quality and quantity of recruitment, adhere to the recruiting process as outlined by the organisation for the hiring of new agents.

- Graduation - In any Stream
- Age - 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
