Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve ambitious sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue generation.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new sales representatives, providing them with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in on-field sales functions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Must be a resident for at least 3-5 years.
