Manager - Sales - Insurance (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Insurance Sales Management Experience is required.
- Support the learning and development of the sales team
- Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
- Track and report all sales activities
- Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
- Agency Development Experience is preferred
Qualifications :
- Candidate Should have stayed in for at least 3 Years in the city itself.
- The frequent changes will not be considered
- Experience managing sales teams
- Experience generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preference:
- Agency Development Experience is preferred
- Insurance Sales Management Experience will be preferred.
