Manager - Sales - Insurance (3-4 yrs)
We're seeking an insurance sales manager who will be in charge of inspiring and managing a group of insurance sales representatives to hit sales goals. The Insurance Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategy, keeping track of sales activity, and supporting and advising sales representatives.
Job Description :
- Recruit, hire, and train sales team
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
Required Candidate profile :
- Bachelor's degree in any Stream
- 3 years of experience in sales
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience setting sales goals
