Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-9 yrs)
- Building and keeping excellent relationships with clients is the responsibility of a relationship manager in the insurance sector, such as at Life Insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads, identify potential customers, and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve Sales Targets : Set and achieve sales targets and objectives in line with company goals.
- Continuously monitor performance against targets and take necessary actions to meet or exceed them.
- Educate customers about Life's insurance products, features, and benefits. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to individuals, groups, and corporate clients to generate interest and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, channel partners, and financial advisors.
- Provide support, training, and guidance to channel partners to maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas, customer segments, and product enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Complete all necessary documentation, sales reports, and administrative tasks accurately and within specified timelines.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 Years Experience in Field Sales
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
