- Build a highly motivated team of Financial Consultants and Advisors
- Build and maintain a relationship with clients & the sales team
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the potential Customers
- Research and Build a Sales & Marketing Opportunity for your team
- Understand the Prospective customer's financial requirements and suggest products accordingly
- Providing training to your financial advisor's team on Insurance Products and Techniques for Selling
- Monitor the work performance of your team and support them to generate a business
- Provide pre- and post-sales support to your team and customers

Required Candidate profile:
- Graduation / Post Graduation
- 2 to 4 Years of experience in sales and marketing in any domain
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Powerful negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
- Strong organization and analytical skills
- Strong Negotiation Skills
