Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-8 yrs)
- Sales Manager are responsible for selling a company's products or services to potential customers. They are often regarded as the face of the company and the primary point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities :
- Recruiting and managing a team of insurance agents and advisors.
- Providing training and guidance to agents to enhance their selling and advisory skills.
- Setting sales targets and motivating the team to achieve and exceed them.
- Developing and implementing strategies to expand the agency network and increase market share.
- Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to agents.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, agents, and industry associations.
- Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement marketing and sales campaigns.
- Keeping abreast of industry developments, products, and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to agents and clients.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 Years Exp in field Sales industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
