Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Identifying & Appoint potential Insurance Consultants or Advisors
- Driving business targets through Insurance Advisors
- Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity
- Preparing strategy & achieving targets on monthly, quarterly & annual basis
- Driving various competitions and club memberships
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate.
- Min 2 Year of Experience in Direct Sales (Preferable from Insurance Background)
- Should have excellent natural market network.
- Must be Localite since past 4 Year.
- Age: Min 25 Years - Max 45 Years.
- Two Wheeler Required.
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills are required.
CTC : 2.50 LPA - 4.00 LPA
Other Salary Details :
- Travelling Allowance & Daily Allowance (36000 - 220000 Per Annum)
- Advisor Activation Amount (Upto 4000 Per Advisor)
- Attractive Incentives (Can Earn Upto 17 Lakh Per Annum)
Growth Benefit :
- Can get 5 Performance Appraisal in a Year with a CTC hike of 2Lakh Rupees.
