Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement channel sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
- Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with partners to promote mutual growth.
- Provide training, tools, and resources to channel partners to help them reach their sales objectives.
Qualifications:
- A graduate degree is required.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, including some leadership responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and sales skills.
- Customer-oriented with a strong focus on meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Age Requirement: 21 to 37 years
