We are hiring a sales manager in our Insurance Company
Requirement:
Exp. 2+year in any sector of sale or insurance
Edu. :Gradtuation Prefered
Age : 24-38 Required
Local : Must live in hometown or live 4+ years in city with family
Roles :
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to optimize performance.
- Provide guidance and support to sales representatives to overcome challenges and close deals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients.
- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide the sales team with the training and resources needed to succeed.
- Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
