Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading sales initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
- Client Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Sales Targets : Set and monitor sales targets for the team, providing guidance and support to ensure objectives are met.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting : Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Team Leadership : Lead and motivate the sales team, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Customer Engagement : Engage with customers to understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services, ensuring the team is well-informed and can effectively communicate value propositions.

Requirements :
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Notice Period : Immediate joiners or candidates who are currently serving their notice period.
