Role and Responsibilities :
- To develop the insurance business in assigned area by supporting the Sales Team.
- Strategic planning for business development of insurance product in coordination with Sales head of the region.
- Training of the sales team and advisors on Product, Processes and Policies as defined by Head office.
- Relationship building with insurance companies and visioning for activity management.
- Review of Sales team on insurance product Sales.
- Activity Planning, Execution and overall management
