Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
- Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to that geographical area, exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities.
- Manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for sales team,
- Monitoring performance against set parameters and daily review with the Sales team and monthly review with the all functional department and support functions
- Achieving & exceeding Business goals.
- To assist, motivate and help the team to source potential customer by way of cold calls,reference calling to generate Business Loan (Self Employed) business and to achieve on monthly basis benchmark targets
- Building customer relationship and conversion of leads, manage and co-ordinate with the customers for all sourced cases by the team.

- Creating a strong & compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.
- Identifying the need of sales training, analyzing changing market trends, etc.
- Also giving feedback & suggestions to the senior management
- Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
- Retaining high performers and replace poor performers
- Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction.
- Ensuring that Goals, PMP discussions, Development Plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback, skip level meetings are done on time and in an effective manner.
- Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across team.
- Ensure meeting Business targets in stipulated time period.
- Strategizing further development of business by such actions as may be necessary for further expanding business in related segments.
- Target and productivity to be achieved by generating maximum potential business in market
- To meet cross sell targets
- Monitoring and assistance in day to day activities of team, gathering daily sales from team and analysing the data
- Responsible for nonstarter and early delinquent collection
- Responsible for managing synergy with all functional areas and support functions as co-ordination with Credit & operations teams, channels and other support staff for smooth work flow and maximisation of business.
