Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives.

- Analyze market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure business success.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost management to maximize profitability.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance.

- Collaborate with agents to design and execute impactful sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in sales and marketing within the BFSI sector.
- Must own a two-wheeler for commuting
