Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Agents, LAs, and customers through regular field visits and travel within designated territories.
- Strategically expand and strengthen distribution channels to achieve business objectives.
- Provide pre and post-sales support to Agents, ensuring seamless customer experience and efficient claim settlement.
- Harness cutting-edge technology and sales tools to drive business growth.
- Uphold the highest standards of business ethics and integrity, adhering to regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of Agents and LAs.
Candidate Info
- Holds a Bachelor's degree.
- Has a minimum of 2+ years of experience in field sales.
- Exhibits strong communication and sales skills.
- Possesses a bike and a valid driving license.
