Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company and its products
- Provide feedback and insights on customer needs, preferences, and market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and sales best practices
Required Skills :
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the specific industry relevant to the company's products or services
- Familiarity with the local market and customer base in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Pune
