Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
- As a Manager, Sales - Employee Benefits, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the employee benefits segment of our Broker House Insurance Company. This role demands a dynamic individual with a strong background in both Human Resources and Marketing, specifically in the domains of health insurance, liability insurance, and employee benefits.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed employee benefits sales targets.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, with a focus on corporate entities seeking employee benefits solutions.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings in health insurance, liability insurance, and employee benefits.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies and offerings.
- Work closely with targets customers to expand the customer basic & revenues.
- Provide necessary support and resources to facilitate successful partnerships.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations related to health insurance, liability insurance, and employee benefits.
