Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities:
- Creating a business strategy that addresses income, expense, and sales controls in order to manage organisational sales.
- Achieving predetermined sales targets.
- Determining individual sales goals in conjunction with the sales force.
- Monitoring sales targets and providing updates on findings as needed.
- Supervising the sales team's performance and activities.
- Organising lead generation in conjunction with marketing.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Good communication skills
