Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)

- Coordinating with several insurers to obtain insurance quotes
- Using different insurer portals to generate bids and issue motor policies
- Establishing a good working relationship with the sales team, assisting them as needed, and engaging the customer to ensure the smooth conclusion of motor proposals
- Scheduling proposals with an insurer
- Coordinating with the Sales team across Zones to ensure seamless proposal close
- Supporting the sales teams throughout Zones with training
- Working directly with each and every shareholder in accordance while interacting with various insurance companies, brokers, and other parties.
- Manage the company's insurance portfolio in-house and negotiate the rate with several insurance providers to save costs.
- Creating a report on the renewal plan and presenting it to the business.
- Floating the quote with other insurance providers to obtain competitive renewal and existing rates
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation : In any Stream
- Age : 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
