- We are searching for highly driven candidates with a history in sales who can function well in a team environment.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits, and work habits.
- Work with the agent on planning and reviewing activities and goals
- Identify the training needs of the agent, and work with Trainers to improve the same.
- Create effective functional connections
- Consider your corporate clients- wants.
- Research the market and similar products.
- Analyze the market to find possibilities, gaps, and unmet wants.
Must-Have :
- Minimum 2 years experience in Field sales and marketing
- Must have a two-wheeler and driving license
- Should be graduate
- Leadership quality
