Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible to drive business through RP/Insurance consultants/PosP and to ensure location meet its monthly/quarterly annual business targets.
- Training Development of RPs, Insurance Consultant PosPs to ensure sales team in fully equipped with Company products, compensation, market/industry updates.
- Plan and execute activities/strategies which can improve business.
- Responsible for constant recruitment of Insurance Consultant by coordinating with RPs.
- Ensure RPs are hired as per approved budget and everyone achieves goal sheet.
- To build a robust and profitable distribution network of RPs, ICs and Posps.
- To build a Roadmap to plan, achieve his target and expand by achieving his Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual targets in various parameters like Manpower, NB premium, product mix, persistency, RP, IC Posps Hiring and Activisation, club up gradation etc and business quality.
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation : In any Stream
- Age : 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
- CTC : up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Others
