- Team Recruitment & Development
- Training and Manage a Team
- Client Relationship
- Business Development
- Sales Support to your team and customers
- Recruiting and Managing team of financial advisors/agents.
- Train team members on selling and products.
- Plan/ Control/ Monitor team to meet desired business numbers.
- Manage Performance, Persistency and Profitability of the unit assigned.
- Thorough understanding of the market and business
- In depth understanding of GI industry
- Analytical Skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage teams
- Strong interpersonal skills
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Must be graduation
- Minimum 2 -4 years experiences in sales and marketing or Banking, Finance
- Local candidate
- Age : 21 to 40 years
- CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
