Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
We are presently looking out for candidates with Field sales. As a Sales Manager, your role will be to ensure a smooth sales process and maximize the sales of services or goods offered by the company.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Recruit Team under you and support them as a manager.
- Build a relationship with your team and potential customers.
- Create and maintain marketing documentation and presentations.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the marketing department.
- Attend all meeting and training programs conducted by Management.
- Continually develop new skills and expertise in communication and media planning.
- Achieve monthly objectives and targets.

Candidate Requirement :
- Age: 22 to 37 Years.
- Graduation in Any Stream.
- Mini. 2 Years in sales and Marketing
- Attractive Personality and good communication skills.
- One who ready for challenges.
- Candidate have stay in current location for more than 3 years.
