Job Description :

- Overview the team sales performance by setting individual and team targets and supporting products promotion, to ensure that overall sales objectives are achieved. Define and monitor sales calendars to ensure that targeted customers should continuously approach and aligned with current promotions.

- Guide sales representatives in identifying and approaching prospect clients.

- To prepare weekly, monthly and annual sales reports and constant monitoring of market trends and competitor activities for management review.

- Guide, coach and motivate the sales and marketing teams to achieve the targets through best practices.

- Focusing on close monitoring of performance and part support / inventory, interface between market & centralized planning department to improvise services management thereby increasing revenues.

- To set the parameters of team in such a way that they can give the best performance compare to their set targets i.e. Actual vs. Desire sales target.

Candidate Requirement :

- Age : 24 to 38 Years

- Qualification required

- Problem solving skill

- Excellent communication skill
