Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Job Roll :
- Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Setting clear team goals

- Monitor team performance and report on metrics- Have to complete all task through that team
- Sell products/services to an existing customer base within a given area
- Onboard new leads/customers and educate them about the product/service

- Maintain and develop good relationship with existing retailers.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to improve your product's sales
- They assess the needs of a business, implement training and development plans, and facilitate a wide variety of training programs
Qualification :
- Graduated From any field
- Minimum 2 years experience in field sales is required
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- And for SR. position 2 years in BFSI sector is mandatory
