Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Broad Scope of Duties :
- To assist the Company's PSoP to perform efficiently, to close the cases
- To answer the queries raised by PSoP/client
- Getting quotes from Insurance Companies mainly from GI
- To be dedicated to attending the calls of POS at any time, whether in the office or outside
- Familiarity with Computer systems and working in an IT environment
Required Experience :
- Minimum 2 Years of experience with a Broker having a direct license in Life/General. Should be able to handle both segments.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Graduate with MBA in Insurance OR IRDA certified
- Should have either cleared the Brokers Qualified Person Examination or if not, they will need to clear before their confirmation. He/she will be on probation for 6 months.
Competencies :
- Good communication skill
- Should have good knowledge and command of both streams of insurance - life insurance and general insurance.
- Should have proficiency in MS Office
- Good knowledge of English, Hindi, and local language (Marathi)
- Should have a pleasing personality and high energy
