Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Sales Manager to guide a group of agents in hitting sales goals and provide top-notch customer service. The ideal applicant will be passionate about advancing company objectives, possess excellent leadership abilities, and have team management expertise.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To accomplish goals, assemble, develop, and oversee a group of agents.
- Establish definite sales goals and keep an eye on the group's performance to make sure they are reached.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards and skillfully address consumer concerns.
- Supervise advertising campaigns and marketing projects that propel company expansion.
- Verify adherence to corporate rules and industry regulations.
- Agent performance is tracked and evaluated, and mentoring and helpful criticism are given.
- Create performance reports on a regular basis for upper management.
- Create and put into action plans to increase overall profitability and sales.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Completion of graduation is required.
- 2+ years of marketing and sales experience in any industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and meet sales goals.
- Leadership ability to motivate a group of people to achieve company objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and agents.
