Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and sustain a robust network of insurance agents.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective field sales strategies.
- Deliver outstanding support and service to agents and clients.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and business opportunities.
Qualifications :
A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of one year experience in field sales.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Must own a bike and hold a valid driver's license.
