Our firm is seeking an exceptional Sales Insurance Manager to lead our sales team in generating new business and driving revenue growth!
Responsibilities :
- Create and implement sales strategies to hit or surpass sales goals.
- Establish and preserve trusting connections with clients by learning about their needs and providing specialized solutions.
- Achieve both team and personal objectives by hiring, developing, and managing a high-achieving sales staff.
- Examine sales information to find patterns and expansion prospects.
Candidate requirements :
- 2+ experience of field sales & marketing of insurance/BFSI
- Any graduate/post graduate
- Any local candidate
