Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Accountability:
- Driving Business - Driving Institutional business through current Banca Partners and existing Agency Relationships (Agents).
- Drive sales through existing channel partners - identifying and activating new sanctions and geographies for attachment of our loan secure plan.
- Strategy to deepen the acquired relationships and gain mindshare of the channel partners.
- Train, develop and motivate partner sales and service team members to achieve the functional goals.
- Ensure design and implementation of cutting edge Sales Management Practices.
- Market Intelligence - Observe, understand changes in products and distribution strategy of competition and communicate the same to seniors.
- Update and send MIS reports - Maintain MIS in the assigned format on a daily basis and liase internally basis loans sourced, sanctioned and ensure daily flow of MIS.
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation : In any Stream
- Age : 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
