Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
What you will be doing:
- Insurance, Financials, Workflow, Accounting, and Investments.
- Meet sales goals and business objectives
- Selling Enterprise software, products and/or services
- Prospect new clients to get meetings, identify opportunities, qualify those opportunities, and close deals with these new logo acquisition accounts.
- Managing a full sales cycle from deal discovery, to scheduling demos/regular calls with clients, internal/external follow-up, management of internal/external teams, contract generation, finance, legal, product
- Assist in development of sales, strategy, and business plans for each account
- Initiates contact with prospective customers to sell targeted FIS products and/or services.
- Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified accounts.
- Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence.
- Prepares and presents proposals to clients utilizing FIS resources and tools.
- Negotiates, structures and closes - deals- that meet customer expectations and FIS's ability to deliver; utilizes appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise.
- Meets sales goals and objectives.
- Other related duties assigned as needed
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduation - In any Stream
- Age - 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
