Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
- We are in search of a proficient and experienced Insurance Sales Manager to help us grow our business. You will also act as a liaison between our Sales and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities :
1. New agent recruitment, assessment, and training.
2. Evaluating performance and creating plans of action.
3. Forming trusting connections with the team and the clients.
4. Ensuring that everyone on staff manages their time well.
5. Maintaining staff compliance with agency rules, procedures, and policies.
- Examining current market and industry trends and applying what is learned to business improvement
Qualification : Minimum two years of experience in sales and marketing in the BFSI
