Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibility :
- Assist Nasik clients in choosing the policies that best meet their needs by ensuring prompt policy issuance and taking care of any outstanding issues, etc.
- Write insurance policies and negotiate client renewals
- Marketing duties in the Nasik region with agency partners, with a visitation objective of at least 10-12 new client engagements each month.
- Achieve or surpass financial targets for rate, growth, profit, retention, and acquiring new clients from the present market.
- Reliable sales of essential insurance goods and services to both new and existing clients
- Engage with new and returning customers, agents/brokers, and insurance companies to discuss coverage, price, financial terms, and service delivery.
- Participate in cross-sell initiatives within the insurance industry to increase product offers to current Nasik Nasik consumers.
- Create connections with brokers and agents to reach or surpass financial objectives;
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation : In any Stream
- Age : 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
