Roles and Responsibility :
- You have to find new leads.
- You have to research and identify new business opportunities.
- You have to maintain good working relationships with customers.
- Recruitment and improvement of quality advisors.
- Recruit Insurance Advisers and Give Motivation, Suggestions, Lead Generation, and advice.
- You have to do takes major decisions for his team.
- Do tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Candidate Requirements :
- Experience: 2+ Years in Field Sales/Marketing or BFSI sector
- Age: 21 to 37 years
- Education: Any Graduation
- Candidate: Local Candidate
