Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities::
- Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers
- Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
- Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues
- Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities
- Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices
- Find new business opportunities from existing data
- Generate leads from bank & walking customer to bank
- In cross sales you can sales FD/RD/Funds etc
- Convince them & sales them banking products too
- Sitting job and work with banking staff
Other Information :
CTC - 3.50LPA+ Incentive; on-roll job
Location: Indore (MP)
Experience - 3+ Years in BFSI/life insurance sector in sales profile
Candidate having best insurance knowledge
Communication & Convincing skill required
Having best ability to work on multi task
