Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and expand market presence in Shimoga. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, leading a sales team, and ensuring consistent target achievement. This role requires a deep understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to maximize revenue.

- Identify, acquire, and retain high-value clients and business partners.

- Create and implement innovative sales approaches to stay ahead of competitors.

- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure.

- Drive customer engagement initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

- Develop customized sales solutions to address unique client needs.

- Monitor and analyze key sales metrics to optimize performance.

- Ensure a seamless post-sales process, including client onboarding and support.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on field sales experience in BFSI, FMCG, or similar industries.

- Strong expertise in strategic planning, business development, and consultative selling.

- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure sales environments and meet aggressive targets.

- Exceptional relationship-building and client management skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales platforms.

- Open to extensive travel within the assigned region.
