Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
To find, cultivate, and oversee important alliances that complement our corporate objectives, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Partnerships Manager. The ideal applicant will possess strategic thinking, outstanding relationship-building abilities, and a track record of generating value and income through collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement plans to establish and preserve powerful alliances that support corporate goals.
- Determine potential new collaborations and evaluate their strategic alignment.
- Develop and maintain ties with partners to promote mutual gain and long-term cooperation.
- Manage communication and serve as partners' main point of contact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess ROI and partnership performance.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
