Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
A Sales Manager is a high-level sales professional responsible for selling sophisticated products or services to large businesses or organizations. This role involves managing long and complex sales cycles, often with multiple stakeholders across different departments, and requires strong strategic, consultative, and relationship-building skills. Enterprise Sales Executives work closely with key decision-makers within large organizations to tailor solutions that address their specific business challenges and drive long-term value.
Scope of Work:
-Identify and target enterprise-level clients in industries such as technology, healthcare, finance, or manufacturing.
- Develop a pipeline of prospects and continually seek new opportunities for business development in large organizations.
-Use a consultative sales approach to understand the client's business needs, goals, and challenges.
- Design tailored solutions that address those needs, emphasizing long-term value and ROI.
- Conduct in-depth product demos and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of the product/service.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
