Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Playing a significant role in the leadership and management of the sales force
- Supervising a group of District Managers and providing support in the management of sales operations
- Providing advice on the customer approach and linear management, negotiation arguments ensuring that merchandisers fulfill their operational responsibilities and that Category and Trade Marketing policies are followed at sales locations
- Exploring the findings on the development generators of customers
- Ensuring that the sales conditions and the trends in consumer prices are applied
- Providing insights and guidance on product and materials planning
- Taking care of the Sales Force performance trend
