Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
As an Agency Channel Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage a network of insurance agents or agencies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support agents in achieving their sales targets.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies, goals, and targets for the agency channel.
- Assist in analysing sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the Sales Manager for product development and improvement.
Required candidate:
- Any Graduate can apply
- Min 2 to 3 years if experience in Field sales
- Must be local candidates
- Good Communication skill
