Responsibilities :
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and meet performance goals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Target Setting: Set sales targets for individual agents and the team as a whole, and monitor performance against those targets.
- Sales Training: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the selling skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
- Performance Management: Track and evaluate sales performance, provide feedback and coaching to agents, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to drive business opportunities and maximize sales potential.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
