Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
The Agency Channel Insurance Agent is responsible for selling insurance policies through the agency distribution channel. The agent will be responsible for identifying potential customers, providing them with information about insurance products, and helping them choose the right policy to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell insurance policies to potential customers through the agency distribution channel
- Identify potential customers and market insurance products to them
- Meet with clients to discuss their insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or questions
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Attend training sessions and keep up-to-date on changes in insurance products, industry trends, and regulations
- Meet sales targets and goals set by the company
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients
- Collaborate with other agents and company departments to provide excellent customer service
- Participate in promotional events to increase brand awareness and generate leads
Candidates Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
