Urgently Hiring For Sales Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and building a high performing distribution network to Financial Consultants.
- Training motivating and driving these certified financial consultants(agents) to sell Insurance.
- Meeting with perspective customers with FCs to sell insurance solution.
- Providing pre & post sales Support.
- Ensuring quality of business.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Knowledge of life insurance business and distribution channels is preferred. Candidates should have :
- Collaboration.
- Interpersonal Skills.
- Problem Solving and Analytical Skills.
- Effective verbal and written communications and presentation skills.
- Experience in relationship management /account management / sales management is preferred.
Qualification : Any Graduate.
Age : 22 to 37 years.
Experience : 2yrs to 4 yrs in Sales & Marketing.
