Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
To be successful as an insurance sales manager, you should have strong interpersonal skills, be passionate about providing support and motivation, and be comfortable working long hours. Ultimately, a top-notch insurance sales manager should be an exceptional leader, have good customer relations skills, and be goal-driven.
Responsibilities:
- The person is expected to contribute effectively to establishing the channel, driving growth, and geographic expansion of the channel.
- Responsible for recruitment and management of Advisors.
- Support and motivate the team providing a better understanding of the market/products.
- Delivering the sales target assigned.
- Meeting existing customers on a regular basis for achieving service standards.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Education: Minimum graduation
Experience : Minimum 2 years in field sales
- Effective communication
- Presentation skill
Package : 2-4 lac per annum.
