Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced Insurance Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive growth, and achieve sales targets. If you have a strong sales background and leadership skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee a group of insurance sales representatives.
- Create and put into action efficient sales tactics.
- Set and keep track of the team's sales goals.
- Establish and uphold a clientele.
- Keep up with current business trends.
- Monitor and evaluate group performance.
- Ensure adherence to rules and guidelines.
- Offer chances for development and training.
Requirement :
- Qualification : Any Graduate
- Experience : minimum 2 year in filed sales
- Must be local candidate
- Have a Bike and DL
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Ability to lead a sales team.
