Position: Sales Manager
Duties and Accountabilities:
- Oversee the hiring, development, and empowerment of a skilled group of insurance agents.
- Establish a culture that values providing exceptional customer service.
- Keep a close eye on sales results while researching market trends.
- To remain competitive, do in-depth assessments of market trends and competitors.
- Expand the clientele by actively seeking out new business by networking, prospecting, and attending industry events.
Requirements for Qualification:
- It is required to graduate.
- It is necessary to have at least two years of sales and marketing experience.
- Requirements for age range: 22 to 37.
- Candidates must have lived in the area for three to five years minimum.
