Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Job Summary: Sales Manager Should have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of sales processes, and market trends in the life insurance Market.
Job Purpose: By directing and overseeing a sales staff to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, a sales manager is responsible for driving revenue growth for a company.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Manage a team of 10-12 front-line employees, support and guide the team members in achieving their monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.
- Align team members to the people and business objectives of the Company.
- Engage in joint fieldwork to support assigned teams and advisors.
- Handhold a team of front-line managers and advisors for a long and successful career.
Candidate Requirement :
- 2 + Years of Experience in the Life insurance Sector.
- Team handling experience is highly preferable
